Over 1000 people passed but barely anyone played attention and he could only earn 35 USD. When he normally plays the same music in a concert hall, it is always full and the cheapest seat is more than 100 USD.

What was missing? — EXPERIENCE! It’s the context, the right moment in the customer journey and the feelings that define the value than just the product. Not everyone was the customer, nor the time/setting was right for people to consume the pleasure even if it’s the same product which people got at the cheaper price.
